Rocked boat, lost pack 1:20 p.m., Wednesday, April 8 — A person staying aboard a boat reported a backpack stolen overnight. The victim said he felt the boat rock during the night but didn’t think much of it until later discovering the backpack had apparently sailed without him. Suspended animation 11:35 a.m., Saturday, April 11 — A driver caught the attention of a deputy conducting radar enforcement by going 38 in a 25 mph zone. The deputy stopped the vehicle and found the driver to be driving with a suspended license in the second degree. Driver was cited for both violations. Maple Avenue
Pug walkabout 1:40 p.m., Sunday, April 12 — A reporting party found a wandering pug-type dog that appeared lost. Law enforcement responded, located the owner, and returned the dog without further issue. Maple Avenue

Full stop 6:23 p.m., Sunday, April 12 — When a deputy stopped a vehicle he discovered the driver had multiple warrants. The driver was arrested for identity theft, possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended in the third degree, and driving violations. La Conner Whitney Road
