Masked disrespecters
12:45 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 13. Two teenage boys in masks strutted around downtown, dishing insults to shop owners and customers like they were auditioning for a low-budget villain movie. Deputies tracked them down and gave them a not-so-superhero pep talk about actions and consequences. Since this behavior has become their greatest hit, resources are being lined up for the teens and their families in hopes of turning their bad-guy arc into a character development arc. Morris Street.
