Not So Fast

Saturday, June 28, 8:15 p.m. A fast and not-so-anonymous Honda was reported zipping through the neighborhood, minus part of its front bumper, but not short on noise. No license plate was spotted, and the car had left the scene before deputies arrived. Patrols will keep an eye out for the bumper bandit. North 6th Street
