La Conner’s newest spot, Pie Dive Bar, celebrated a packed grand opening last weekend. CEO and co-founder Alyssa Kingsbery called the turnout “a huge success,” adding that the community’s warm support made all the hard work worthwhile. She said watching her sons — Owen and Luke — step confidently into the restaurateur role has been “one of the proudest mom moments” of her life. “I’m so grateful La Conner has accepted them with open arms,” Kingsbery said.
