A restoration project to refresh the Spirit Wheel outside of Maple Hall kicked off on Monday.

Rick Weibel and Marylee Killinger, along with Keith Clements are members of the La Conner Wood Carving Group at the senior center. They volunteered to work on the wheel alongside Swinomish Master Carver Kevin Paul.
