More than 5,000 Skagit and Island County residents flocked to Tulip Town on Wednesday evening, April 9, for the farm’s annual free “Locals Night.”
The rain held off as crowds explored the fields, snapped portraits — many featuring dogs — and posed among the colorful fields with props like bubble machines, swings, and elevated platforms.
Those without boots lined up for trolley rides, which tractors pulled through the muddy paths. A market, live music, and a beer and wine garden added to the festive atmosphere as the sun set on a picture-perfect evening.
