Young hunters dashed through the woods at Pioneer Park during the April 19 La Conner Firefighters Association Easter Egg Hunt.
Plastic eggs were distributed in different sections of the park for different age groups. Once collected, the eggs could be traded for sweets. In addition to the egg hunt there were two hay piles: one for younger kids where they dug for candy, and one for older kids where they dug for coins.
