Cheers and school spirit filled the air Friday morning as students, teachers, and staff rallied outside La Conner schools to cheer on the Braves boys and girls basketball teams as they head to the state tournament this weekend.
The boys take the court first, facing Napavine at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28 at Mark Morris High School in Longview. The girls tip off against Mabton at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 1 at Davis High School in Yakima.
